Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for a Senior Manager, Enrolment Services to lead the Enrolment Services team within Student Services. You will work closely with the Director, Student Services and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality enrolment services across the student lifecycle.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $162,528 plus 17% superannuation and a focus on strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven senior management experience leading large service delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience in student administration or student services.
• Experience managing client services using ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
• Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, people leadership and performance management.
• Experience in financial management, resource planning and managing operational priorities and performance.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director, Student Services, senior leaders, students and key stakeholders across the University.
• Lead the Enrolment Services team, aligning workforce and resources to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee operational planning and delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of enrolment systems, processes and services to enhance the student experience.
• Provide strategic advice and insights on enrolment services, operational performance, risks and opportunities.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships to support effective service delivery and strategic initiatives.
