Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for a Senior Manager, Enrolment Services within Student Services. Lead the Enrolment Services team, align resources, and work with the Director and senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality enrolment services across the student lifecycle.

This full‑time, fixed‑term appointment until 31 January 2028 offers a base salary of $162,528 plus 17% superannuation, with opportunities to drive strategic improvements and a strong, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience leading large service delivery teams in a complex organisational environment.
• Experience in student administration or student services, with an understanding of issues impacting the student experience.
• Experience managing client services using ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
• Capability in workforce planning, people leadership, performance management and resolving HR matters.
• Experience in financial management and managing operational priorities and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enrolment Services team and align resources to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee operational planning and delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of enrolment systems, processes and services to enhance the student experience.
• Provide strategic advice on enrolment services, operational performance, risks and opportunities.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships to support effective service delivery and strategic initiatives.
