Job summary

DRA Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex engineering and project execution initiatives in Perth. You will oversee projects from handover to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with safety, quality, and commercial objectives.

The role requires 15+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, engineering processes and project controls.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Experience administering contracts and managing project change processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and project execution projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage contracts, variations, extensions of time, claims, notices and commercial obligations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Senior Project Manager - Perth

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex engineering and project execution initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on managing multidisciplinary teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

As a key leader within the business, you will oversee projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Desirable Qualifications & Memberships

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline Desirable
• Project Management certification (PMI, AIPM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) desirable
• Engineers Australia membership
• Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
