Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the XL vehicle system from development to production. You will work with engineering leads on architecture, interfaces and verification while coordinating a large, multi-disciplinary team across agile squads.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated systems engineering capability across complex systems.
• Ability to engage with architecture and verification discussions.
• Experience delivering hardware and software within one product.
• Hands-on scaled agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Engineeering background preferred before leadership roles.
• 8+ years delivering complex engineering programmes.
• Strong programme management fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• Eligible to obtain Australian Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning for the vehicle system: scoping, sequencing, risks.
• Lead scaled agile cadence across up to ~100 engineers and cross-team dependencies.
• Implement robust project management methodologies to drive predictability.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks with engineers.
• Engage on architecture, requirements, interfaces and verification.
• Partner with discipline leads to test estimates and scope.
• Translate system requirements into a sequenced integration plan.
• Manage interfaces across production, supply chain and test.
• Lead re-planning when priorities shift and communicate consequences.
• Own the technical narrative in design gates and milestones.
