Job summary

Anduril Industries in Australia seeks a senior Programme Manager to own end-to-end execution of the XL vehicle system from development to production. You will collaborate with engineering leads on architecture, interfaces and verification while steering a scaled agile cadence across up to ~100 engineers and multiple teams.

You will translate system requirements into a sequenced plan, manage cross-domain interfaces with production, supply chain and test, and communicate decisions at design

Qualifications

• Demonstrated systems engineering capability across requirements, interfaces, ICDs and verification.
• Delivery experience across hardware and software, converged mechanical, electrical and software work.
• Hands-on experience with scaled agile delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme planning for the vehicle system from development to production.
• Stand up and run scaled agile cadence across ~100 engineers across multiple teams.
• Implement robust project management methodologies to drive predictability and accountability.
