Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior programme leader to own the XL vehicle system from development to production, reporting to the Director of Platforms. The role blends rigorous programme management with deep technical engagement on architecture, interfaces and verification, coordinating up to ~100 engineers across multiple agile teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated systems engineering capability including requirements, interfaces, ICDs, verification and traceability.
• Delivery experience across hardware and software products.
• Hands-on experience with scaled agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Ability to engage engineers as a technical peer in architecture discussions and estimates.
• Strong communication to manage stakeholders across engineering, production and leadership.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme planning for the vehicle system, including scoping, sequencing, risks, and resourcing decisions.
• Lead scaled agile cadence for the vehicle programme across up to ~100 engineers and multiple teams.
• Implement robust PM methodologies to drive predictability and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks with engineers, developing mitigation plans.
• Engage with architecture, interfaces and verification strategies to catch issues early.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to validate estimates and cover missing scope.
• Translate system requirements and dependencies into a sequenced integration plan.
• Manage interfaces across production, supply chain and test to resolve conflicts.
• Lead re-planning when priorities shift and communicate changes clearly.
• Own the technical narrative in design gates, milestones and updates.
