Hostplus is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead marketing strategies focused on employer and intermediary acquisition, retention, engagement and growth. You will translate customer insights into targeted campaigns, draft compelling business cases, and collaborate across Client Relationships, New Business and Intermediary Distribution to deliver value for members.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or related discipline.
• 6+ years experience in financial services marketing, member services or financial planning.
• Proven experience in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of superannuation regulations and financial services marketing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to your business unit within the Marketing team to ensure effective service delivery, focusing on employer and intermediary acquisition, retention, engagement and growth outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of employer and intermediary segments, and utilise insights to identify engagement opportunities and drive strategic marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Client Relationships, New Business and Intermediary Distribution to identify communication and engagement improvements and oversee delivery of solutions.
• Guide and oversee the delivery of customer communications and scheduled portfolio campaigns per the Marketing Calendar.
• Manage the strategy and delivery of Partnership assets for B2B engagement.
• Plan, manage and report on the budget in the best financial interests of members.
• Research and draft business cases and Board papers as required.
• Provide support to the Head of team across strategic, content, communications and project delivery activities.
