Job summary

Hostplus is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring, engaging and retaining employers, intermediaries and members across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Client Relationships, New Business and Intermediary Distribution to translate insights into targeted campaigns, oversee communications, and manage portfolio campaigns within the Marketing Calendar. This is a 12-month max-term contract with hybrid-friendly options.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or related discipline.
• Significant experience within the financial services industry, with specialised expertise in marketing, member services or financial planning (minimum 6+ years).
• Proven experience in a senior management role.
• A strong understanding of superannuation regulations, relevant legislation and financial services marketing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to your business unit within the Marketing team to ensure effective service delivery, focusing on employer and intermediary acquisition, retention, engagement and growth.
• Develop understanding of employer and intermediary segments and identify engagement opportunities to drive marketing plans.
• Work with stakeholders to identify communication, service and engagement improvement opportunities and oversee delivery of solutions via targeted marketing programs and campaigns.
• Guide and oversee the delivery of customer communications and scheduled portfolio campaigns per the annual Marketing Calendar.
• Manage the strategy and delivery of Partnership assets for B2B audience engagement.
