Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Electrical and hold current NSW Fair Trading Electrical Contractor Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
• Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or willingness to obtain within timeframe set out by CSNSW.
• Current driver licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance operations across the correctional complex.
• Guide Overseers and develop inmates through workplace training.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance, manage resources and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
