Highpoint Engineering Recruitment is recruiting for a Technical Director - Electrical (Building Services) to lead Brisbane's most complex electrical building services projects, including venues, healthcare, defence and transport. You’ll focus on engineering excellence and technical delivery rather than people management.

You’ll act as the design authority, guide major projects over $20 million, mentor engineers, and work with clients and project teams to set design direction while enjoying

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• RPEQ and CPEng accreditation.
• 15-25+ years of building services consulting experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability.
• A passion for technical excellence and mentoring others.
• Deep understanding of Australian building services design and project delivery.

• Act as the Technical Lead and Design Authority for major electrical building services projects
