Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Brisbane Buildings Team on a full-time basis. You will deliver electrical designs for building projects, lead project delivery, and supervise engineers and graduates.

You will manage multiple projects, engage with clients, and develop business opportunities. A bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (RPEQ preferred) and about seven years of consulting experience in Queensland are ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering; RPEQ preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience delivering electrical designs for building services in Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from concept to commissioning.
• Provide technical oversight and supervision to engineers and graduates.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships.
• Represent Stantec with clients and manage external relationships.
• Prepare electrical designs, reports, and drawings for building projects.
• Present to external clients and liaise with authorities.
