Job summary

HR Partners is partnering with a national group to deliver a $100M brownfield upgrade at a regional mining operation in the Southern Highlands. The role leads Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for a flagship project, owning EI&C across the capital delivery, and coordinating internal resources and specialist contractors on-site.

Qualifications

• Senior Electrical Lead or Principal Electrical Project Engineer with heavy industry/mining experience.
• Single-point ownership of EI&C scope across capital delivery.
• Experience with HV power realignment, switchrooms, PLC/SCADA integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single discipline authority for EI&C across the capital delivery program.
• Manage Electrical Site Co-ordinator and Electrical Draftsperson and contractors.
• Oversee design assurance, HV power realignment, switchrooms, PLC/SCADA integration, and site energisation.
