Goodstart Mackay - Bridge Road is seeking a Senior Educator-Educational Leader to work with Educators across the centre, observing, reviewing and enhancing Early Years learning programs. You will guide the EYLF application and partner with the leadership team to drive transformative change.

This full-time role (38hrs/week) offers pay of $41.74–$43 per hour, plus a $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance and superannuation, with opportunities for professional growth and a strong focus on child

Competenze

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
