Job summary

Goodstart Mackay - Bridge Road is seeking a Senior Educator-Educational Leader to drive educational practice across the centre. You will lead pedagogy, observe and enhance programs, and guide the EYLF implementation in collaboration with Educators and the centre leadership.

With a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent) and a teaching qualification, you’ll contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team environment and play a key role in shaping children’s learning journeys in Mackay.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Pay:

$41.74 - $43 p/h (depending on qualification & experience) + $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
