Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Senior Educator - Educational Leader for the Salisbury North centre in Adelaide. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with hourly pay between 41.74 and 43.00 AUD plus an Educational Leader Allowance of 2.81 AUD per hour.

You will lead a room, mentor Educators, and work with the Centre Leadership Team to drive high-quality teaching. We offer above-award pay, substantial childcare fee discounts, paid parental leave, and various wellbeing and development

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own room and a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
• Commit to safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences to all children.
