Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader at our Dunsborough centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will partner with Educators and the Centre Director to lead transformative changes, champion educational excellence, and ensure alignment with quality standards while supporting staff development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current WA Working with Children Check is required.

• Lead change and champion excellence in educational practices.
• Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance curriculum and programs.
• Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework across the centre.
• Work with the centre leadership team to drive transformative improvements in quality.

Employment Type: Permanent/Full time or part time opportunties available

Pay: up to $65 p/h (based qualification and experience pending) + Educational Leader Allowance $2.81 per hour additional

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
