Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader at our Dunsborough centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.
You will partner with Educators and the Centre Director to lead transformative changes, champion educational excellence, and ensure alignment with quality standards while supporting staff development and wellbeing.

Employment Type: Permanent/Full time or part time opportunties available
Pay: up to $65 p/h (based qualification and experience pending) + Educational Leader Allowance $2.81 per hour additional

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
