Goodstart Boonah is seeking a Senior Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education to lead a room and mentor a team of Educators in delivering exceptional learning experiences.

You will work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices while ensuring safety and inclusivity for every child. This full-time role offers development and growth within Goodstart’s supportive culture.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
