Job summary

Goodstart Beachmere is seeking a Diploma Educator for the Toddler Room. You will deliver play-based learning, support toddlers' milestones, and build relationships with families in a warm, inclusive environment.

The role collaborates with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance learning programs. We offer above-award pay up to $39.91 per hour plus super, generous development opportunities, and a supportive team, with a focus on child safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko.

About The Role

You'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop and enhance exceptional learning programs for children in the Toddler Room. Your commitment to safety, inclusion, and responsive care will help ensure every child feels valued and supported as they explore, learn, and build relationships.

About Goodstart Beachmere

• 75-place centre in a relaxed coastal community

• Open Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm

What you'll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
