Job summary

Goodstart Caloundra is seeking a Senior Educator for a permanent part-time role in Caloundra, QLD. You will lead a team of Educators, deliver play-based programs, and shape learning experiences while ensuring child safety and wellbeing.

You’ll work closely with Centre Leadership to mentor staff, promote best practices, and build strong partnerships with families and the community. Enjoy market-competitive pay, up to $43/hr plus Super, and generous leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

About the role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Caloundra, you'll take ownership of your room and lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences that support children's growth, development, and wellbeing.

Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll help guide best practice, mentor educators, and create environments where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
