Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room and guide a team of Educators, delivering high-quality early childhood programs in Boonah, Queensland. You will create an inclusive learning environment that supports every child's development and wellbeing.

Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you will observe practice, inform teaching strategies, and continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own room and manage a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and improve teaching practices.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet every child’s needs.
