Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Bundaberg is seeking a dedicated Educator to contribute to exceptional learning programs for children. You will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to foster safety and inclusivity, ensuring every child thrives in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering high-quality learning programs for children.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance learning experiences.
• Support safety and inclusivity across activities and environments.
• Occasionally serve as the responsible person, including opening/closing shifts.
