Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Norfolk Village is seeking a dedicated Educator for a full‑time role. You will help craft learning programs, support safety and inclusion, and work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to nurture every child’s curiosity and growth.

This position offers above‑award pay, a 50% discount on childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, and scholarships up to $3,000 through Queensland's Pathways Program, plus ongoing PD and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards is essential.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check is required.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality learning programs.
• Support safety, inclusivity, and child wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance learning.

You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
