Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room and a team of Educators, delivering high-quality educational programs. You will work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and continually improve teaching practices while prioritising safety and inclusive learning for every child.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position at a 74-place centre in South Burnett Region, with opportunities to grow a meaningful career in early childhood

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $41.74 - $43.00 (based on experience) + Superannuation + Benefits

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you’ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
