Goodstart Early Learning seeks a dedicated Senior Educator for Trinity Beach centre to lead a room and a team of Educators in delivering high-quality educational programs. You’ll work with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, with a strong focus on safety, inclusion, and meeting the needs of every child.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko).

Employment Type: Full time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $41.74 to $43.00 - depending on experience and qualification

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Trinity Beach

• We are at 74 place centre.
• Located on Trinity Beach Road and caters for children aged six weeks to 5 years old.
• The service boasts 5 classrooms complete with 3 playgrounds.
• The centre is a purpose built centre and opened in 2005. We are a Reef Guardian centre with a focus on sustainability practices, and ways to help save our reef.
• Our service has been part of the local community for more than 17 years and as such we have made valuable connections with local schools, businesses, and community groups - all of which enhance the children's learning experience.
