PeopleCert is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive LANGUAGECERT growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead regional strategy, nurture executive-level relationships and secure high-value partnerships with universities, regulators and education networks.

You will shape market expansion, collaborate across global teams and drive revenue growth while strengthening brand leadership in the English language education sector.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advantageous.
• 12+ years of progressive business development or commercial leadership experience.
• Based in Australia or New Zealand with ability to travel extensively.
• Proven success building executive-level relationships and closing multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Experience in English language education, international education, assessment, certification or EdTech sectors.

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities; achieve revenue targets.
• Lead acquisition, negotiation and management of high-value partnerships with universities and language providers.
• Drive institutional adoption of LANGUAGECERT qualifications across partner institutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Global teams on go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent PeopleCert at industry events and government forums.
• Mentor junior commercial colleagues to build a high-performing regional sales culture.
