Contour Education in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and lead a national partnership ecosystem across universities, schools, multicultural and regional communities. You will own partner-sourced enrolments, set the national plan, and expand networks in QLD and NSW, designing programs that put students first.

You will lead a cross-functional team within Sales, Marketing and Academics, manage partnerships end to end, and work with product to ensure offerings meet partner needs

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in partnerships, business development or channel management.
• Experience building partner channels from scratch and owning a partner-sourced revenue or customer target.
• Experience partnering with schools, universities or community organisations, and an understanding of how they make decisions.
• CRM discipline: you track partner leads, pipeline and results (HubSpot experience a plus).
• Ability to lead people you don't manage, across Sales, Marketing and product teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the national partnership plan and open new markets in QLD and NSW.
• Build joint programs and referral pathways with universities and with government, Catholic and independent schools.
• Partner with multicultural, community language and specialist schools, local businesses and community groups, and design a scalable program for regional schools.
• Manage partnerships end to end, from agreement and joint plan to reviews and renewal, with results tracked in HubSpot
• Brief Sales to convert partner-sourced leads, and work with Marketing, Academics and product so we deliver on every promise to partners.
