Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Senior eCommerce Specialist to drive our online strategy and growth. You will optimise the ecommerce platform, manage email campaigns, oversee paid media, curate content and align product offerings with market demand.

In this role you will develop the ecommerce strategy, enhance the customer journey, manage campaigns, and deliver insights from performance data to inform strategic decisions for continued online success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce strategy and execution.
• Strong email marketing experience with automated campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage paid media across channels.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion environment.
• Hands-on Shopify experience.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As a Senior eCommerce Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online strategy, working with the wider marketing team, your focus will be on optimising our ecommerce platform, managing email marketing campaigns, overseeing paid media efforts, curating content, and ensuring our product offerings align with market demands.

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement
• Continuously optimise the customer journey across the ecommerce platform to maximise conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention

Email Marketing

• Oversee the end-to-end email marketing process, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis
• Manage automated workflows, promotional campaigns, and personalised content to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue whilst growing our customer base

Paid Media Management

• Lead paid media campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to allocate budgets effectively, optimise ad spend, and achieve targeted ROI

Content Management

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Ensure product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content align with brand guidelines and drive online engagement

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and analyse key ecommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value
• Generate detailed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

• Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
• Strong expertise in email marketing
• Paid Media campaign management across Search & Social
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Shopify experience
