Job summary

Jivaro Recruitment represents a leading Australian fashion brand seeking a senior digital or ecommerce leader to shape end-to-end online trading and customer journeys. You will direct a six-person team across digital and ecommerce streams, drive performance marketing, SEO, and CRM initiatives, and lead a major digital transformation with platform and CRM projects.

Qualifications

• Senior digital or ecommerce leader with direct reports across digital and ecommerce
• Strong performance marketing across paid media, SEO and email
• Proven commercial acumen including managing a digital P&L and delivering sales and profit targets
• Shopify experience is highly regarded; background in re-platforming or digital transformation
• Experience with CRM and CDP platforms; Bloomreach bonus
• Data-led and curious about customer behaviour; strong relationship builder across business

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the digital and ecommerce strategy in line with brand and commercial objectives
• Own online trading performance including sales, gross profit, active customer growth, traffic, conversion and frequency
• Shape the end-to-end customer journey and lead site merchandising to lift conversion and average order value
• Lead performance marketing, SEO and email to drive acquisition, retention and customer value
• Play a key leadership role in the digital transformation program including platform and CRM projects
• Lead integrated trade and promotional plans across online channels
• Turn data and web analytics into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, supply chain, store operations, customer service and IT teams
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing team with strong results and culture
