Job summary

Viktoria & Woods is a premium Australian designer fashion brand seeking an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to steer online revenue and growth across Australia and international markets. You will lead the eCommerce, performance marketing and client services teams, reporting to the Marketing & eCommerce Director, and own the online trading performance end-to-end.

This senior role sets strategy, forecasts traffic, acquires customers, and optimizes conversion and AOV while partnering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in eCommerce and digital marketing in retail or fashion.
• Proven track record of hitting online revenue targets.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on Shopify Plus trading, promos, CRO.
• Strong GA4 and Shopify reporting, attribution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own online trading performance by market with budget accountability.
• Set eCommerce strategy and online sales forecast (traffic, new customers, AOV).
• Lead international DTC growth and acquisition strategy.
• Manage paid media, SEO and affiliates budgets and agency roster.
• Oversee Shopify Plus site roadmap, CRO, merchandising and content.
• Lead weekly trading and monthly performance reporting.
