Job summary

Assembly Talent partners with a leading Australian luxury fashion brand to appoint a Senior Digital/eCommerce leader who will own the online store end to end. You will translate brand and commercial priorities into a premium digital experience, guiding performance, experience, growth and technology, and report to the Brand Director.

You will lead a small team across eCommerce and customer care, shape the digital roadmap, manage platform configurations, CRM and lifecycle marketing, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior eCommerce or digital role within fashion, retail or the premium and luxury sector
• At least 5 years in a B2C eCommerce role, ideally in fashion or lifestyle
• Advanced experience managing a leading eCommerce platform, including theme management, app integrations and configuration
• Expertise with enterprise email and CRM platforms, including automated flows and segmentation
• Strong command of eCommerce performance metrics and web analytics tools
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Experience managing digital agencies and external development partners
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving online revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Own the online store and every digital touchpoint, ensuring premium presentation, accuracy and seamless functionality across the board.
• Lead digital trade planning, campaign builds and promotional cadence, and drive site merchandising that lifts conversion, product discovery and cross-sell.
• Own CRM and lifecycle marketing across acquisition, retention and reactivation, building automated flows, smart segmentation and growing database.
• Lead digital acquisition and affiliate partnerships with external agencies, turning performance data into commercial insight.
• Lead weekly and monthly trade reporting, own conversion rate optimisation, and run testing cycles that improve the customer experience.
