Job summary

Goodman Fielder is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive digital growth across major retailers and new channels in Australasia. You will own the ecommerce strategy, partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations, and lead initiatives that unlock revenue, scale direct-to-consumer opportunities, and optimize performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across FMCG sales, ecommerce, account management, retail buying, digital or marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth.
• Experience working with customer, market and consumer data to identify opportunities.
• A collaborative style and the ability to influence without authority.
• Curiosity, resilience and a passion for turning ideas into action.
• A growth mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Grow our ecommerce business with Australia’s leading retailers and digital platforms
• Develop and execute key online events including Black Friday, Easter, Christmas and major promotional campaigns
• Build strategic digital joint business plans that unlock value and deepen customer partnerships
• Identify new ecommerce, marketplace and D2C opportunities that drive future growth
• Use customer, consumer and market insights to shape decisions and maximise performance
• Develop commercially sound pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate results
