Job summary

Goodman Fielder is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to lead digital growth across major retailers, marketplaces and D2C channels. You will own growth initiatives, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver impactful commercial outcomes, and shape the future of our ecommerce strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across FMCG sales, ecommerce, account management, retail buying, digital or marketing
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth
• Experience working with customer, market and consumer data to identify opportunities
• A collaborative style and the ability to influence without authority
• Curiosity, resilience and a passion for turning ideas into action
• A growth mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo

Responsibilities

• Grow our ecommerce business with Australia's leading retailers and digital platforms
• Develop and execute key online events including Black Friday, Easter, Christmas and major promotional campaigns
• Build strategic digital joint business plans that unlock value and deepen customer partnerships
• Identify new ecommerce, marketplace and D2C opportunities that drive future growth
• Use customer, consumer and market insights to shape decisions and maximise performance
• Develop commercially sound pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate results
