Fujitsu is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Senior Technical Consultant to lead technical engagements across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on architecture, secure data-driven Power Pages sites integrated with Dynamics 365 CE, and Power Platform solutions, providing senior technical leadership across discovery, design, configuration, migration, and managed services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business applications, CRM, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform delivery.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and solving complex issues.
• Professional-services or managed-support background; Microsoft certifications.
• Experience running customer workshops and translating requirements into architecture.
• Experience mentoring onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience with government/regualted sectors desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery, solution design and architecture activities translating business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Pages solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Pages, integrations, development, security, data management and lifecycle management.
• Design, develop, configure and support enterprise solutions including model-driven apps, workflows, APIs and migrations.
• Establish and govern technical standards with architecture reviews, testing, deployment assurance and risk management.
• Lead Power Pages delivery including portal architecture, security, authentication, UX, integrations, deployment and support.
• Support operational excellence through incident resolution, service improvements and technical advisory services.
