Job summary

Fujitsu invites experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultants to help deliver secure, accessible Power Pages portals and end-to-end CE/Power Platform solutions in Australia. The role focuses on discovery, configuration, testing, training, deployment, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement across projects.

Based in Melbourne with flexible hybrid work to cover the east coast of Australia, you will collaborate with senior consultants, architects and customers

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business applications, CRM, digital portals, business analysis, functional consulting or application support.
• Practical experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform or comparable CRM and portal solutions.
• Hands-on Power Pages experience creating or maintaining data-driven external-facing sites is strongly preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting customer journeys, facilitating workshops and supporting fit-gap analysis.
• Experience configuring Dataverse, model-driven apps, forms, views, business rules and Power Automate.
• Exposure to canvas apps, AI agents and Power BI is advantageous where relevant to functional and low-code delivery.
• Experience with portal authentication, web roles, table permissions, data security and external-user access is desirable.
• Basic HTML and CSS capability is desirable. Exposure to Liquid, JavaScript, web APIs or extensibility is advantageous, but deep development expertise is not required.
• Experience providing ongoing support for existing solutions, including incident and service-request management, minor enhancements, release support and customer communications.
• Experience supporting testing, user acceptance, training, deployment, hypercare and BAU operations.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft certification or progress toward certification. PL-200 is strongly aligned; PL-600, MB-240, MB-280, PL-900 and other Dynamics 365 certifications are valuable.
• Experience with delivery and service-management methods or frameworks, such as Agile and ITIL, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and Power Pages solutions.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code solutions in line with business and technical requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, accessible, and user-friendly customer and partner portal experiences, including data models, security, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions, support system integrations, and drive continuous platform improvement.
• Support solution testing, deployment, release management, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Provide operational support, incident resolution, and enhancement services while maintaining service quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, including requirements, designs, test artefacts, release notes, and support materials.
• Build trusted customer relationships and contribute to business development, practice capability, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiative
