Job summary

Fujitsu in Melbourne is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to deliver configuration, support and continuous improvement across the Microsoft Power Platform. You will focus on secure, accessible Power Pages portals for customers, partners and suppliers, working with senior staff to design, implement and optimize the solution landscape.

Required are 3–5 years in CRM/functional consulting, hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience, and relevant Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

Experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform or comparable CRM and portal solutions.
Hands-on Power Pages experience preferred for external portals.
Knowledge of data model design, security, and integrations.
Experience with requirement gathering and workshops.
Exposure to ITIL/Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Power Pages solutions.
Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code solutions.
Design and maintain portal experiences with secure data models and workflows.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Support testing, deployment, training, and adoption activities.
Provide operational support, incident resolution, and governance compliance.
