Job summary

Reo Group Inc. is seeking a senior pre-sales lead to own the strategy around Dynamics 365 CE engagements in New Zealand with executive access and delivery influence.

You will shape CE and Power Platform proposals, build business cases, and guide opportunities from discovery through to pre‑sales handover, including exploring Copilot and automation to improve outcomes for customers. You will collaborate with account managers, architects and delivery leads, ensuring scope, estimates and value are

Qualifications

• You have delivered substantial D365 CE solutions and retain current platform knowledge.
• Power Platform experience is important for shaping CE work.
• Ability to connect business processes to workable solution choices and manage complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to establish the problem, results and decision criteria.
• Turn early-stage ambitions into CE transformation options and investment choices.
• Build business cases and demos connecting platform capability to customer benefits.
• Determine requirements for D365 CE, Power Platform or adjacent Microsoft services.
• Test integration needs, scale, risks and effort with solution architects and delivery leads.
• Set scope boundaries and estimates before commercial commitments.
• Prepare proposals, tender responses and statements of work.
• Advise on value, pricing considerations and pursuit trade-offs.
• Guide transition into delivery with agreed outcomes and decision records.
• Develop reusable approaches and explore AI, Copilot and automation opportunities.
