Job summary

Walker Golf Things seeks a senior, hands-on E-commerce & Digital Growth Lead to own our DTC channel across Australia, the US and the UK. You will diagnose problems, build plans, brief the team, and execute with minimal founder intervention, driving results end-to-end.

You’ll own commercial planning, daily trading metrics, paid acquisition, performance creative, Shopify/CRO, CRM and regular reporting, reporting to founders with a clear growth plan.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in e-commerce, online trading, digital growth or performance marketing.
• Direct hands-on ownership of a DTC Shopify-led channel and revenue scale.
• Expert practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong Shopify/CRO and Klaviyo/lifecycle experience.
• Comfortable with GA4, Ads Manager, Merchant Center and spreadsheets.
• Track record diagnosing underperformance and fixing it.
• Confident communicator who can present plans to founders.
• Able to work locally from Currumbin, QLD office with cross-functional teams.
• International AU/US/UK e-commerce experience; apparel/footwear or lifestyle background encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Commercial planning with annual/rolling country forecasts translated into targets.
• Trading management across AU/US/UK: revenue, ad spend, MER, CAC, conversion, AOV.
• Paid acquisition: run Meta and Google Ads; budgets, audiences, bidding, creative.
• Performance creative: identify gaps, brief teams, and ensure relevance.
• Shopify & CRO: merchandising, promotions, product setup, landing pages, bundles.
• CRM & retention: own Klaviyo strategy, lifecycle flows, segmentation.
• Reporting & leadership: daily visibility, weekly reviews, monthly commercial reporting.
