Job summary

Spin Personnel invites applications for a Head of eCommerce to lead the growth of a direct-to-consumer business with a global reach. The role owns the eCommerce P&L, driving sustainable revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value in a hands-on leadership capacity.

Collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Product and Technology, you will optimise customer acquisition, conversion, retention and profitability across markets, directing a robust CRO roadmap and data-driven trading culture.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading eCommerce within a retail or consumer brand.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of online sales and profitability.
  • Deep expertise across paid media, customer acquisition, attribution and digital marketing.
  • Experience improving conversion rates, customer retention and lifetime value.
  • A strong understanding of customer behaviour, digital analytics and trading performance.
  • Experience leading regular trading cadences and using data to drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the eCommerce P&L and deliver revenue, profit and customer growth targets.
  • Develop traffic, conversion, AOV, retention and revenue forecasts across markets.
  • Lead weekly and monthly trading reviews, identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximise lifetime value.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams and agencies to improve media efficiency, ROAS, CAC and overall commercial returns.
  • Build and execute a robust CRO roadmap, including merchandising, pricing, promotional and customer journey optimisation.
  • Develop forecasting models and commercial scenarios to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven trading culture.

Drive the commercial performance of a leading Australian consumer brand!

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of eCommerce to lead the growth of a high-performing direct-to-consumer business with a strong global presence.

You will own the eCommerce P&L and be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and customer lifetime value. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on data, trading performance and commercial decision-making.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Finance, Product and Technology teams, you will develop and execute strategies that optimise customer acquisition, conversion, retention and profitability across multiple markets.
