Walker Golf Things Holdings Pty Ltd seeks a senior E-commerce & Digital Growth Lead to own the DTC channel across Australia, the US, and the UK. You will diagnose issues, build plans, brief teams, and personally execute where it counts, reporting results without founders handholding.

You’ll manage commercial planning, trading across multiple markets, paid acquisition, CRO, and CRM, while maintaining leadership visibility and reducing founder dependency.

Qualifications

• Senior e-commerce and digital growth experience with direct-to-consumer channels.
• Hands-on ownership of Shopify-led DTC across AU/US/UK.
• Proven ability to diagnose and fix e-commerce performance issues.
• Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads and paid media optimization.
• Experience with Klaviyo lifecycle campaigns and CRO basics.
• Comfort with GA4, ads platforms, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial planning with forecasts by country and targets.
• Manage daily trading metrics across AU/US/UK: revenue, CAC, MER, AOV.
• Direct paid acquisition, budgets, audiences, bidding, and creative.
• Lead Shopify CRO, product setup, landing pages, and promotions.
• Develop CRM and retention flows in Klaviyo.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting and leadership.
