Job summary

CPB Contractors VIC & TAS in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Document Controller to lead document control across the Stations Alliance South Package of the Suburban Rail Loop East project. You will manage vast technical documentation, ensure version control and compliance, and support project teams from construction through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Document Controller on complex construction, infrastructure, mining or data centre projects.
• Experience in large-scale project environments, preferably data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems, governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end document control across the project lifecycle.
• Manage large volumes of technical documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain version control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support project teams with document management systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to keep documentation up to date.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
