Job summary

CPB Contractors Pty in Melbourne leads a high-profile, complex build as Senior Document Controller. You will own the end-to-end document control across the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate, controlled information from construction through to commissioning and handover.

You will work with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to keep documentation aligned, up-to-date and compliant with project requirements and standards, supporting efficient workflows and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Document Controller on complex construction projects.
• Experience in large-scale project environments, ideally within data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems, governance and compliance requirements.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to build relationships across project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end document control across the project lifecycle.
• Managing large volumes of technical documentation with accuracy.
• Maintaining version control and ensuring documentation complies with project requirements and standards.
• Supporting project teams with document management systems, workflows and best practices.
• Working closely with contractors and stakeholders to keep documentation aligned and up to date.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
