Job summary

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Document Controller for the Stations Alliance South Package in Melbourne. You will own end-to-end document control across the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate, controlled information from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Document Controller on complex construction, infrastructure, mining or data centre projects.
• Experience in large-scale project environments, ideally within data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems, governance and compliance requirements.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with ability to build relationships across project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end document control across the project lifecycle.
• Manage large volumes of technical documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain version control and ensure documentation complies with project requirements and standards.
• Support project teams with document management systems, workflows and best practices.
• Work closely with contractors and stakeholders to keep documentation aligned and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
