DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join our Document Control team supporting the Smoky Creek & Guthrie's Gap Solar Power Station Project in Central Queensland. This locally based role will manage the registration, distribution and revision control of all project documents and maintain document registers aligned with our IMS.

• Experience in a Senior Document Controller or Document Controller role within construction, infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Manage the registration, distribution, revision control and transmittal of all project documentation using electronic document management systems.
• Maintain document registers and ensure all project records are accurate, current and compliant with IMS.
• Coordinate document workflows with engineering, commercial, procurement and project delivery teams to meet contractual document requirements.
• Monitor compliance with document control procedures, standards and quality requirements and support audits.
