Job summary

Symal is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage the document control system for a major Solar Farm and BESS project in Victoria. You will support engineering, construction and commercial teams, ensuring accurate distribution, version control and traceability of all project documentation.

Reporting to the Project Services team, you will engage with subcontractors and OEMs, maintain registers, and assist with close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control on renewables or major infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and familiarity with other PM platforms is advantageous.
• High accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project's document control system and distribution across teams.
• Maintain document registers, coding, filing and retrieval of documents.
• Track review/approval workflows and support close-out with as-built docs and O&M manuals.
