Job summary

The NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water seeks a Senior Divisional Coordinator to lead executive coordination and business support within the Climate Change & Strategy Division. You will supervise a small team, manage ministerial and parliamentary requests, and ensure timely, high-quality responses in a fast-paced government environment.

You will drive briefing development, cabinet submissions and GIPA documentation while building strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in executive support, business operations or government coordination environments.
• Experience overseeing business support functions, including finance, procurement, human resources or administration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review and quality assurance of briefings, correspondence and meeting papers.
• Oversee ministerial, parliamentary and executive requests and Cabinet submissions.
