Job summary

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) in Parramatta is seeking an experienced Divisional Administration Officer for an ongoing, full-time (35 hours per week) role. You will support executive and divisional leadership with administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate finance, procurement, HR and travel, supervise one direct report, and drive continuous improvement across the division while delivering high-quality services

Qualifications

• Experience leading administrative, business support or corporate services requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, HR and business support functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across the Division.
• Manage administrative and operational requests.
• Provide flexible support to the Executive Director and divisional leadership during peak periods.
• Work with stakeholders to improve systems, processes and service delivery across the Division.
