Job summary

Plantation Homes seeks an experienced Construction Manager to deliver display-quality homes and premium sales environments across South East Queensland. You will oversee a portfolio of display projects from start to grand opening, coordinating trades, landscaping, and external presentation works to ensure every detail reflects our brand.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Design and Operations, driving quality, safety and on-time delivery in a dynamic market.

• Proven experience in delivering display homes or premium residential projects
• Leadership experience managing site-based construction teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• Collaborative approach across departments
• Excellent planning and organisation
• Track record of delivering quality on programmes

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple display home projects
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Development and Operations
• Manage trades, suppliers and external contractors
• Oversee landscaping, pools, sales offices, signage and external presentation works
• Control construction programmes, budgets and milestones
• Identify risks and solve issues before they impact outcomes
• Ensure displays are finished to an exceptional standard and opened on time
• Champion safety, quality and compliance across all projects
