Job summary

Henley Properties Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead display home projects across South East Queensland. You will oversee delivery from initiation through to grand opening, coordinating trades, suppliers and internal teams to create premium customer experiences.

This role demands hands-on leadership of multi-project programs, a keen eye for presentation, and a collaborative approach across Sales, Marketing, Design and Operations to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering display homes or premium residential projects.
• Proven leadership of site-based construction teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple display home projects.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and external contractors.
• Oversee landscaping, pools, sales offices and external works.
• Manage construction programmes, budgets and milestones.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to protect project outcomes.
