Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to own the Rivermont display at the flagship Stockland community in Moreton Bay. You will guide buyers through design and build discussions and convert enquiries into signed contracts, drawing on your established sales record in residential construction.

From day one you’ll manage the customer journey from enquiry to contract, build strong relationships with developers and partners, and work autonomously with dedicated display

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling new homes
• Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and hit targets

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from enquiry to contract for the display
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
• Qualify buyers and present designs, inclusions and options
• Guide customers through design and build discussions to contracts
• Build relationships with developers, referral partners and local stakeholders
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
