Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking a Construction Supervisor to deliver quality homes from slab to handover in Brisbane. You will manage around 12 residential projects, coordinate trades, uphold WHS, and keep sites on budget and on schedule while maintaining high presentation standards and ongoing client communication.

You will work autonomously with supportive leadership, and have a fully maintained company vehicle and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

Experience supervising residential construction projects.
Ability to coordinate trades and suppliers.
Strong eye for quality and detail.
Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

Managing around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinating and motivating trades to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
Conducting quality inspections at key stages of construction.
Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations.
Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey.
Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
Keeping projects on budget, on time, and built to a standard you're proud to put your name against.
